Caption Master ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and protected when you use the Caption Master mobile application (the "App").

By using the App you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Caption Master works without an account — we never ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts.

Some non-personal information may be collected automatically by us or our service providers:

• Device information — device model, OS version, language and screen size.
• Usage data — features used, screens viewed, session length and crash reports.
• Advertising identifiers — such as the Google Advertising ID, used to serve and measure ads.

• Operate, maintain and improve the App and its content.
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
• Understand which features and caption categories are most useful.
• Display advertisements that keep the App free.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.

The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party ad network. AdMob may use device identifiers to show personalized or non-personalized ads and measure their performance.

You can opt out of personalized ads on your device via Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android). Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data guide.

The App relies on a small set of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob

Your favorites and preferences are stored locally on your device and disappear when you uninstall the App. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained by our service providers as described in their own policies.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App. That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

The App may contain links to external websites or services. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices, so we encourage you to review their policies too.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a fresh "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
